Mediterranean  salad with baby spinach, dry fig, sesame, manouri cheese, and sauce with orange juice with tachini and mayonnaise
"Greek bougiourdi" tomato with feta cheese, olive oil, and spicy pepper in the oven
"Kleftiko" stew lamp with vegetables and graviera cheese

Dinner

Green salad with parmesan and dried tomatoes with balsamic vinegar.
Grilled vegetables with balsamic.
Grilled beef taliata and potato puree with truffle oil.

Green salad with shrimps, cherry tomatoes, vinegar, mustard capers dressing
Shrimp saganaki with tomato sauce feta cheese and ouzo

Quinoa salad with asparagus, pine grilled veggies, and a sauce of honey vinegar ginger, and olive oil

Chicken fried with mustard and lemon sauce, peppers and rice

Day 5

Tomato and cucumber salad with olive oil
Fried feta cheese with honey and sesame
Pastitsda from Corfu (stew beef with spaghetti)

Dinner

Sushi night
Wakame, Edamame  salad
Different rolls with fresh ingredients and sauces

Dessert

Cheesecake with fruit sauce

 

Day 6

Tabbouleh salad
Greek Gemista tomatoes and peppers stuffed with rice and minced meat.

Dinner

Dakos rusk with tomato, feta, capers, and olive oil
Trilogy of grilled cheeses
Chicken fillet stuffed with mushroom and graviera served with pasta

Dessert

Tiramisu

Day 7

During the day, various fruit snacks are served, as well as accompanying varieties of cold meats and cheeses
Soup is also available upon request.
